Having worked with a full spectrum of responsibilities in the design and building industry, Mr. Daniel Garcia has over seventeen years of experience. His expertise includes, coordinating of design and construction processes, formulating project parameters, preparing cost estimates, and various other operational responsibilities. Project experience includes: residential single family home construction and development, commercial multi-family construction and development, military family housing, tenant finish out, church remodeling, home remodeling and renovation, custom home design and construction, spec home design and construction, and computer aided drafting (CAD). He takes a hands on approach when it comes to dealing with his clients. Mr. Garcia has gone to great lengths to bring customer service to the construction industry.
Mr. Garcia was recently honored with the 2015 San Antonio Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award. Due to his vast experience, Daniel has branched out and has been actively involved in humanitarian efforts such as Mi Casa Makeover on Kens 5 TV and has his own non-profit called: The Rhino Garcia Foundation. The Rhino Garcia Foundation helps put on back to school/clothing drives and helps families that can’t afford to bring their homes up to current building code. He was also a finalist for Season 10 of Donald Trump’s Show, The Apprentice. Although not selected as a final cast member for the show, he is of solid character and professional integrity. Daniel is dedicated to his clients, staff and subcontractors by providing sound leadership, and ensuring that each project is executed in a seamless and professional manner.
In an effort to help the local community, Daniel is putting together a local television show, Building For Hope, to help people in need. Currently, we are filming the day to day operations that go along with putting together a team of sponsors to help as many families as we are able to. Daniel and his wife, Elena, have recently started a The Rhino Garcia Foundation to help our local community.
